Cat is an experienced Doula, Birth Educator and Pregnancy Massage Specialist with more than 10 years of experience in the birth industry and newborn care, alongside almost 20 years of hands-on massage experience. She also brings previous experience as a Hypnobirthing Instructor, giving her a strong background in birth preparation, relaxation techniques and supporting women to approach birth feeling informed and confident.
As a mum of two who experienced two very different births, including a proud VBAC homebirth with her youngest, Cat combines professional experience with a genuine personal understanding of how individual every pregnancy and birth journey can be.
Through doula services, birth education, pregnancy massage and personalised birth support, Cat helps women understand their options, prepare for birth and feel supported in making the choices that are right for them. Her approach is warm, nurturing and non-judgemental, with no belief that there is one “right” way to birth.
